Data Deletion Request

At Trust-xe, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Data

Option 1: Delete from your account settings

  1. Log in to your Trust-xe account
  2. Go to your Profile settings
  3. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section
  4. Click "Delete My Account" and confirm

Option 2: Contact us directly

If you cannot access your account or prefer assistance, you can request data deletion by contacting us:

We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Your transaction history and related documents
  • Your exchange request history
  • Messages and communications
  • Uploaded proofs and documents
  • Notifications

Important Note

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have completed all pending transactions before deleting your account. For legal and regulatory compliance, some anonymized transaction records may be retained.

For Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook, deleting your Trust-xe account will remove all data associated with your Facebook login from our systems. You can also manage your connected apps in your Facebook settings.
