• Do NOT take possession of any items being transported
• Do NOT verify the contents of packages or baggage
• Do NOT guarantee delivery or provide shipping insurance
• Do NOT act as a courier, shipping company, or logistics provider

All arrangements made through this platform are private agreements between users. The platform merely facilitates introductions and provides communication tools.

By using this platform, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

For Travelers (Carriers):

• Personally inspecting ALL items before agreeing to transport them
• Refusing to carry any items you have not personally verified
• Declaring all items to customs authorities as required
• Complying with airline baggage policies and restrictions
• Understanding and accepting the legal consequences of transporting prohibited items
• Meeting senders in safe, public locations

For Senders:

• Providing accurate and truthful descriptions of all items
• Not attempting to send prohibited, illegal, or undeclared items
• Allowing travelers to fully inspect all items before handover
• Providing all necessary documentation for items
• Meeting travelers in safe, public locations

Mandatory Inspection Protocol:

1. Open and examine all packages - Never accept sealed or pre-packaged items without opening them first.
2. Verify contents match description - Ensure what you see matches what the sender told you.
3. Check for hidden compartments - Examine bags, boxes, and containers thoroughly.
4. Refuse suspicious items - If anything seems unusual, decline to transport it.
5. Document what you accept - Take photos or create a written list of all items.
6. Repack items yourself - Pack the items into your luggage yourself after inspection.

Legal Requirements:

• Declaration: All items must be properly declared to customs authorities
• Duties and Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes
• Documentation: Proper documentation must be maintained for all items
• Value Limits: Be aware of duty-free limits for personal imports
• Restricted Items: Understand country-specific import/export restrictions

Country-Specific Considerations:

Different countries have different customs regulations. It is YOUR responsibility to research and understand:

• Canadian customs requirements (CBSA regulations)
• Destination country import regulations
• Transit country regulations (if applicable)

• Attempting to coordinate prohibited items
• Fraudulent or deceptive behavior
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Any illegal activity
• Providing false information
• Multiple reports from other users

By creating an account or using this platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these terms in their entirety
• Agree to personally inspect all items before transporting them
• Agree to comply with all applicable customs and import/export laws
• Understand that the platform does not handle payments or provide guarantees
• Accept full responsibility for your actions and any items you transport or send
